Micro batch home roasted coffee.  Our goal is to deliver the freshest possible coffee.  Our coffee is roasted to order and delivered or shipped within 2-3 days.  We only use the highest grade, single origin beans.

Coffee is roasted to a level that brings out the absolute best it has to offer.  Beans from different regions, farms or cooperatives should have their own unique flavor & characteristics.  It's that unique flavor we strive to bring out in each roast.

We are so pleased and blessed to have a direct relationship with the San Lazaro farm in Honduras.  Not only is the coffee stellar, the cause is great.  Workers are paid fairly (better than fair trade), treated with respect and all profits benefit the Children's Refuge operated by Mission Lazarus.
