Catimor is a variety set aside and processed differently than the rest of the crop. Catimor is dry processed which means the fruit is picked and laid out to dry with the fruit intact. This produces a sweet, complex cup. Catimor (also known as Lempira) has a caffeine kick!

This coffee is farm direct and supports the Mission Lazarus Refuge which gives the poorest of the poor in Honduras a home.  All organic, farmers are paid 25% above Fair Trade and receive medical care.
